With spring fast approaching, it’s only appropriate to start injecting some bright, vibrant, summery colours into your wardrobe. See below for my Kinda Yellow editorial. Bursts of yellow were spotted on the runway back in October when designers eagerly showed their Spring/Summer Ready-To-Wear collections. Spring is a great transitional period where jumpers and cardigans are still on the shelves and you can still grab woollen skirts and hats. This spring definitely buy into the plaid trend and match a radiant yellow Ganni jumper with a Brunello Cucinelli midi, black and white checked skirt. Encase your whole outfit with a classic Joseph trench coat or enshroud your whole ensemble under a beautifully crafted Roksanda cape. If you’re usually quite reserved in your choice of colours; Spring is the perfect season to experiment as the days are longer, the weather is warmer and spirits (mine anyway) are uplifted. I cannot wait to try some of the styles below, my favourite has to be the Issey Miyake yellow fringe skirt. Fringing is my favourite garment decoration as it creates movement and adds extra sass to your outfit. Also, if you’re anything like me and like to capture peoples attention, this style and colour will do just that!
